Abstract
Today’s educators are faced with the challenge of preparing undergraduate students to be effective and productive employees that can communicate, work well in teams, and solve problems, as well as demonstrate content knowledge. Group projects are one tool that educators can use to help students develop these key skills. There are a variety of applied group approaches that educators may use including case analysis, projects based on established companies addressing hypothetical problems, or projects based on resolving real problems that real clients face.
