The Opto-DSL in III–V, Ternary and Quaternary Semiconductors Under Magnetic Quantization

Abstract

The magneto-DSL of III–V, ternary and quaternary semiconductors on the basis of newly formulated electron statistics in the presence of intense light waves has been investigated in this chapter. It has been observed that the DSL oscillates with inverse quantizing magnetic field and increasing electron concentration due to SdH effect. The DSL decreases with increasing wavelength and intensity of light respectively. The Sect. 6.4 contains a single deep open research problem.
