Abstract

Voting is a fundamental activity in the life of a society, and it is important to know what the theoretical limitations of voting are. The present way of voting is rough and may produce puzzling electoral outcomes. However, there are ways of improving voting systems. The aim of voting should also be understood, whether for the parliamentary representation or for the governmental formation.
