“Craftsman Spirit” is a necessary professional accomplishment for high-skilled talents. Polytechnic colleges should integrate the cultivation of craftsman spirit into daily teaching. In order to overcome student ‘s deficiency including the lack of learning motivation, a weak foundation as well as the lack of self-management ability, we established SPOC resource platform and introduce SPOC model into the cultivation of craftsman spirit. Besides, an index system was established to evaluate the effectiveness of the teaching model.
