Smart Cloud: A Self-organizing Cloud

The Self Organizing Cloud aims to provide efficiency i.e. robust and scalable solutions. Self organization can be provided through providing interactions among individuals. This paper proposes a self organizing architecture which predicts number of VMs using Kohonen algorithm and balances the load inheriting the convection process of molecules. The Kohonen algorithm is usually used for clustering. In this paper we apply Kohonen algorithm, an artificial neural network algorithm for prediction.
