Organization of Engineering Education for the Development of Cyber-Physical Systems Based on the Assessment of Competences Using Status Functions

The causal graph of the social relationships of the organization is based on the structure of a balanced scorecard. The example of the structural unit of the university is considered. The values of the state estimates in the nodes of the tree are presented on the basis of the status function method. Each value of the status function is formed from two estimates of the intuitive simulation including the present and the desired state. The integral moments are calculated for individual branches of the event graph tree. For integral moments, an analogue of Shewhart control charts is constructed. The applicability of the status function method to obtain an integrative assessment of the organization’s activities as a complex social network is shown.
