Effective Technologies and Methods of GR Management that Stimulate Increase of the Level of Socio-Economic Development of Territories and Quality of Life

The article presents the main conceptual and methodological directions of development of effective technologies and methods of GR management, which stimulate the increase of the level of socio-economic development of territories and quality of life. Analysis of effectiveness of the methods of direct influence, influence through expert communities, support for political activities, media relations, and unethical GR technologies is performed. Participation in decision making by public authorities through expert and public councils allows for selection and application of the lobbying technologies. The article presents a four-stage technology of GR management; provides a functional model of GR management of socio-economic development of territories and population’s well-being; offers a system of modeling of foresight development of GR management.
