Abstract

Looking back 30 years of my professional life, I realized I did not actively search for a new position, try to scale up my work, nor initiate any major action from my side to upgrade my career; I just took whatever came along, which has so far resulted in three major changes in my professional career. Therefore, my story can be characterized as shown in the title of this chapter “Go with the flow, whenever it comes.”
