Finite Element Simulation of Blasting Robote with ANSYS

Abstract

In this paper, the explosive disposal robot arm is taken as the research object. Through the basic theory of robot kinematics, the motion characteristics of the explosive disposal robot are studied, the kinematic parameters of the explosive disposal robot are determined, and the problem of positive motion and inverse motion is solved. After the simulation of the motion of the explosive disposal robot, the finite element analysis is carried out by introducing the model into ANSYS, and the stress distribution of the explosive robot under static load is obtained. Based on the finite element results, the strength and weak points are can be find out. The finite element analysis has certain reference significance for material selection and structure optimization of explosive disposal robot.
