Abstract

Our job requires constant decision making, followed by application of these decisions into practice. It is the core of our profession. We select a logical choice from the available options day in, day out, constantly, be it selecting the optimal treatment for a degenerative meniscal tear in a middle-aged individual or a first-time shoulder dislocator in an adolescent athlete.
