A New Technique—En Bloc Resection of Bladder Tumours
Currently, transurethral resection of a bladder tumor (TUR) is the gold standard treatment for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) (Alyaev et al. in Urologiia 2:147–153, 2018). The standard non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) endoscopic diagnosis suffers from the frequently unsatisfactory white light evaluation accuracy leading to residual lesions being left behind (Geavlete et al. in J Med Life 6(2):140–145, 2013). This chapter covers En-Bloc Resection of Bladder Tumours.
