The Shopping Centre - Architectural Characterization and Evolution

The analysis model that is presented relates to the Place referenced to the shopping centre. The method used is comparative and occur from the phenomenological analysis. Will be shown and describe the spatial structure that defines these architectural objects, their signs, elements of spatial and functional program and the way it is used. It is expected to describe the physical form, the visual form and spatial form and, consequently, the elements that create the space and provide the aesthetics, experience and recognition of the shopping centre as a Place.
