Entrepreneurship and Formulating Business Plans

Abstract

Many physicians do not consider themselves to be entrepreneurs, when in fact many of the things physicians do from opening a new office to creating a new educational program are entrepreneurial. This chapter will describe how to take an idea and convert it into a successful business plan in order to gain support for the idea.
