Abstract

In this paper, the mixed oil-water volume calculation model during the commissioning of multi-product pipelines in oil-drive-water mode is established. The applicability of the model is verified by the commissioning data of A-B multi-product pipeline. The model is used to simulate the oil-drive-water process of A-M multi-product pipeline under various working conditions. And the factors in mixed oil-water volume such as flowrate, transportation ceasing time and position of mixed oil head when transportation is ceased are analyzed. The model provides a reference for the calculation of mixed oil-water volume of multi-product pipelines in oil-drive-water mode.
