Epidemic Spreading on Interconnected Networks

Most real-world networks are not isolated. In order to function fully, they are interconnected with other networks. Real-world power grids, for example, are almost always coupled with communication networks. Power stations need communication nodes for control and communication nodes need power stations for electricity.
