Delayed umbilical cord separation, recurrent mucocutaneous infections and pleocytosis the most possible diagnosis is leukocyte adhesion deficiency (LAD)

The diagnosis of LAD type 1 is established by flow cytometric measurements of CD18 on lymphocytes
