Abstract

Opportunistic infections such as candidiasis, BCGitis and pneumocystis pneumonia, point out to combined immunodeficiency as a probable diagnosis

X-linked sever combined immunodeficiency (SCID) is most commonly caused by mutations in IL2RG.
