Urticarial vasculitis is the most common cutaneous manifestation of an immune-mediated damage to small vessels, often accompanied by leukocytoclastic vasculitis and high risk of necrosis

Cryopyrin associated autoinflammatory disorder is associated with necrotizing vasculitis and destructive arthritis

Patients affected by cryopyrin associated autoinflammatory disorder (CAPS) present mutations in cryopyrin/NLRP3 gene

IL-1 blockers and antagonists, like anakinra and canakinumab can eliminate all symptoms is CAPS
