Abstract

Copper tin sulfide (CTS) can be a very good material for solar cells as it is inexpensive and easy to fabricate; however, the efficiency may not be good enough. The bandgap of 0.9 eV can result in cell efficiency of 11.58%; however, the efficiency of the cell can be increased by increasing the bandgap value.
