Unicuspid Aortic Valve

Unicuspid aortic valve is a rare congenital heart disease which usually manifest as severe aortic valve stenosis or regurgitation and needs surgical repair. This case describes this anomaly in a 20 years old patient who had history of coarctation repair during middle childhood and presented with exertional shortness of breath.
