Bioprosthetic MV obstruction

Bioprosthetic MV obstruction is defined echocardiograpically by peak velocity of 2.5 m/s, mean gradient more than 10 mmHg, ratio of the time velocity integral of the mitral valve prosthesis divided by time velocity integral of the left ventricular outflow tract >2.5 and pressure half time(PHT) of more than 200 msec. This case diagnosed by TTE according to the above mentioned data; TEE confirmed bioprosthetic mitral valve obstruction.
