Using CPS to Foster Employee Success
This chapter outlines how the key components of Collaborative Problem Solving can help employees achieve success in their employment. The chapter includes an examination of the costs of traditional workplace discipline, including financial costs and the impact on morale. An alternative model of supervision using CPS is proposed, with information on how this model can foster better outcomes for both employees and employer.
