The Use of Mathematical Methods in Analysis of Antibioticresistans of Microorganisms of Lake Baikal

Abstract

It is shown that the analysis of a large number of the obtained data, it is possible variance and correlation methods. It allows to reveal fluctuations of antibiotic resistance in seasonal and interannual differences also calculate pairwise correlation coefficients. It is identified that the correlation between the number of bacteria and antibiotic resistance is absent.
