Abstract

Represent by \(\varUpsilon (x)\) and F(x) two entire functions of x,  the first of degree m, the second of degree n. \(\frac{\varUpsilon (x)}{F(x)}\) will be what we call a rational fraction. Moreover, the equation
$$\begin{aligned} F(x)=0 \end{aligned}$$
