Leadership is a must-have skill to have, if you ever want to progress forward with your career (especially if you want to acquire a more senior position). This chapter is dedicated to the topic of leadership, specifically what leadership means and the core skills that you will need in order to become a good leader. Practical guidelines on how you can successfully lead a team of people will be given. Furthermore, I will be discussing the meaning of teamwork and what behaviour traits/attitudes to expect from team members.
