Clustering in Mobile Adhoc Network: WCA Algorithm

Abstract

Mobile ad hoc networks consist the nodes which all are under energy constrained. Here, to reduce the consumption in energy is important. In this paper, the main concentration is on the energy efficient communication in MANETs. A new strategy is being proposed for improving WCA and clustering the wireless ad hoc networks. It has been shown that NQWCA algorithm exceeds WCA (Weighted Clustering Algorithm). It outperforms in terms of stability and cluster formation.
