Abstract

Eyes with uveitis are more prone to developing cataract, and surgery in these eyes is usually more challenging. There is an increased risk of postoperative inflammation and of PCO. This chapter provides insights into the use of the BIL implant in eyes with uveitis in which the BIL gives remarkably good results.
