The new reality surrounding the media has been in constant evolution, not only technological but also of social awareness. The gradual advances made in the fields of communication and telecommunication, have undergone in recent years, outcome around these two variables, without which we wouldn’t be able to understand this new reality: the medium—due to technological innovations—and the content—where a malpractice of certain elements could have a contra-legem meaning. It is in this context where communication professionals (e.g., journalists) take a leading role. Their day-to-day work as staff, in the service of information, is of great importance due to failures on the social responsibility of transmitting the facts—according to reality—by virtue of the principle of budgetary.
