Abstract

Groin neurostimulation or ilioinguinal, iliohypogastric, and genitofemoral nerve stimulation offers the potential for a minimally invasive, low-risk, and reversible approach to manage intractable neuropathic pain in the groin and pelvic areas [1]. Recently, the author has been using groin neurostimulation successfully in the treatment of postherniorrhaphy neuropathic pain.
