A Summary of Learning Models with Forgetting
Chapter
Abstract
Most of the early research on learning curve models assumes continuous production even though interruptions occur regularly and frequently. For example, each typical daily 8-hour work shift is followed by a 16-hour break (or, interruption). Not forgetting the weekends, when a 2-day break (plus 16 hours), occurs with many workers.
