The Strain Dependence of Tc in Sn and In Alloy Whiskers

Abstract
We have measured the effect of alloying on the strain (ε) dependence of the superconducting transition temperature T c of In and Sn whiskers. The effect was quite different in the two metals. The experimental techniques were similar to those used by Overcash et al.1
