Low Temperature NMR Knight Shift Studies in SmSn3
Chapter
Abstract
The previous 119Sn Knight shift measurements in SmSn3 have been extended down to 15 K and the 4f- contribution to the 119Sn Knight shift does not show a sign reversal in the temperature interval 300 to 15 K. The range of crystal field parameters for which simultaneous fit to the magnetic susceptibility and the extended Knight shift results in SmSn3 is obtained can be substantially narrowed from that reported earlier.
