Chemical Crystallization of Diamond
Chapter
Abstract
A relationship has been derived between the constants for equilibria involving graphite and diamond, and some kinetic aspects of the crystallization are discussed. Autoepitaxial films of diamond have been produced that resemble natural diamond in very many aspects.
