A Flexible DSP-Based System for Propagation Path Characterisation
Chapter
Abstract
This paper describes a system for radio propagation path characterisation implemented using a flexible DSP-based architecture. The system has three modes of operation, all of which serve different practical purposes. These are:
- (i)
field-strength monitoring;
- (ii)
path sounding;
- (iii)
passive monitoring.
