Abstract

By use of ultrashort pulses lasers, it is possible to resolve the dynamics of physico-chemical processes, such as photoinduced deformations in condensed media. Here, the case of NO embedded in a rare gas crystal (Argon) is presented. The setup and the preparation of the sample are described.
