Abstract
We all have a common objective to preserve and improve general quality of life over time. Sustainable development has proven to be a pliable catch phrase that planners, environmentalists, policymakers, and private developers have bandied about to describe/define this common objective. Sustainable development is essentially not so much about satisfying only environmental needs, growth needs, or human services needs as it is about satisfying all of these needs simultaneously and indefinitely.
