Abstract

The complex high spin spectra measured in the last years renewed the interest for high-quasiparticle approximations. One alternative is offered by high-QRPA, but in this approximation, besides quite complicated equations which have to be managed, the control of the spurious state, coming from particle number non-conservation, is a difficult task1. In this communication we present another alternative,so called QMSM(quasiparticle multistep shell model method)2–5.
