The Open Approach to Forehead Lifting

The open brow lift was long considered the gold standard for rejuvenation of the ptotic brow. Recent endoscopic technological advances have made this approach less desirable. However, as long-term results of the endoscopic lift are becoming more available, there is renewed interest in open brow lifting.
