Process Optimization Through Designed Experiments: Two Case Studies
Chapter
Abstract
This paper contains two case studies in process optimization using designed experiments. The first case study shows an application of Design of Experiments to reduce the defect level in a Frame Soldering Process and the second case study describes the reduction in plating thickness variation in an Electro-Plating Process.
