Animation of Crank-Slider Mechanism of a Piston Using Simulink®

Abstract

The purpose of this chapter is to give Simulink® users a better understanding on how to animate a physical system that has more than one component in a virtual reality environment. This chapter will also help the reader to implement a simple PID controller to control a ball on a plate and visualize the performance of the controller.
