Structure and effectiveness of an in-company no-smoking programme

Abstract
In 1992, the Dutch Foundation on Smoking and Health developed a non-smoking programme for implementation within companies. The programme consists of two main activities: regulation of smoking inside company buildings in order to reduce exposure to environmental tobacco smoke and smoking cessation activities to stimulate and support quitting.
