Abstract

Solid insulators such as epoxy spacers in GIS have been exposed to various stresses during a long-term operation, which can deteriorate the insulation performance of GIS. Therefore, the insulation diagnosis techniques of GIS will play a key role for keeping electrical insulation performance of solid insulators and then for reliable operation of GIS.
