Coherence in an Optically Trapped Fermi Gas
Conference paper

We demonstrate continuous evaporative cooling of lithium fermions in a st able optical trap. This system offers exciting prospects for attaining extremely long hyperfine coherence lifetimes at high density, and for studying multiple-particle coherence in Fermi superfluids.
