Abstract
DORV is a Conotruncal lesion associated with DiGeorge syndrome. The aorta and pulmonary artery emerge predominantly from the right ventricle. The great vessels may be normally related to each other or transposed. Clinical presentation can mimic lesions such as VSD, TOF, or TGA and is mainly determined by the presence and extent of pulmonary stenosis and the relation of the great arteries to one another. Timing of surgical repair is determined by the extent of pulmonary blood flow.
