Lender is considering making a loan to Overlook, Inc. (the “Company”). In connection therewith, we request the Company provide responses to the following questions and requests for information. For purposes of this questionnaire, references to the term “Company” include Overlook, Inc., and all its subsidiaries, affiliates, and divisions thereof.
