Abstract

A group of eleven panellists (Block, Buta, Combes, Conselice, Elmegreen, Freeman, Grosbol, Kormendy, Sheth, Shu and Yuan) were allocated approximately 5–7 minutes each, to share their thoughts on galaxy morphology. Our ninety-minute panel discussion was taped, transcribed by Janice Scott, and edited for these Proceedings. Interaction from the audience then followed the Panellists; their questions and comments are also presented here. The Panel session was chaired by Professor R.J. Allen.
