Intergroup and interpersonal dimensions of social behaviour: the case of industrial bargaining

Abstract
AIMS: the exercise is designed as a roleplay experiment in intergroup processes in negotiation between union and management representatives. Negotiating instructions are varied to increase the salience of intergroup or interpersonal factors in negotiation.
