Abstract
Feeling as though you are being pushed and pulled simultaneously in different directions results in feeling off-balance and stressed. When you are in the position of having two or more unconnected obligations demanding your time and attention, you may experience enormous difficulty in reaching a decision about what to do. There are not enough hours in the day to do all you feel committed to, and you find you are becoming irritable, tense and not really doing anything effectively.
