LT is a 45-year-old woman with a history of breast carcinoma treated 5 years previously with mastectomy, radiation, and chemotherapy. She had been in remission since that time but presented with painful proptosis of her right eye. She also complained of diplopia and was found to have some restriction of her extraocular motility. Fundus examination did not reveal any choroidal tumors.
