Object interaction in object-oriented deductive conceptual models
Conceptual Modeling II
First Online:
Abstract
We present the main components of an object-oriented deductive approach to conceptual modelling of information systems. This approach does not model object interaction explicitly. However interaction among objects can be derived by means of a formal procedure that we outline.
Based on our results, we discuss whether explicit object interaction is a desirable feature of conceptual models.
